- SHIRTPAL Guarantee: If we make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. If you make a mistake with your order, email us and we will see what we can reasonably do to help you get the shirt you want. Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a detailed explanation of the problem. If we are still unable to satisfy you, please mail us back the shirts and we will gladly refund your money. The customer bears the cost of return shippings. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in "as new" condition, in the packaging in which it was delivered to you. SHIRTPAL will not accept returns that have been worn, washed or stained.
