Question: Do you offer any tips in helping me design my dress shirts?
Answer: Yes. SHIRTPAL has pre-designed shirts as well as offers recommendations based on the fabric and style you are purchasing. If you still disagree with our suggestions, you are able to make a fully custom shirt.
Question: Can I have removable collar stays for my dress shirts?
Answer: Of course! All our shirts come with removable collar stays. Most dress shirts use collar stays to keep the collar straight, which is a good idea.
Question: Can I get a monogram on my dress shirts?
Answer: Absolutely! During the design phase, when selecting your cuffs, you can enter in your initials.
Question: Do you offer easy wrinkle-free shirts?
Answer: Yes. Some of our fabrics are wrinkle-free. You can search for our wrinkle-free fabrics or view the fabric descriptions to see which are wrinkle-free.
Measurements and Fitting
Question: How do I know that my dress shirt will fit?
Answer: Your shirt will be custom produced to the specifications you provide. Our tailors have experience manufacturing shirts with these basic measurements. SHIRTPAL offers a guaranteed fit.
Question: Can I save my measurements for future orders?
Answer: Yes. Once you enter your measurements, it will be saved to your profile.
Fabrics and Washing
Question: How are your fabrics different?
Answer: We have lower prices for fabrics that are of good quality and higher prices for fabrics that are of great quality. Some of our shirts are 100% cotton and others are wrinkle-free. When browsing fabrics, you can view the descriptions and characteristics of the fabric contents. If you make a comparison, the fabrics vary in many ways, some of which are weaving, thickness, and pattern.
Question: How much will my dress shirts shrink when washed?
Answer: Our fabrics are preshrunk. There should very minimal shrinkage when the shirts are washed.
Question: How should I wash my dress shirts?
Answer: Your dress shirts will have washing labels on them; please follow the instructions to ensure that you provide the best care possible.
Payment and Order
Question: How do I pay with my credit card?
Answer: After you have designed your dress shirt and provided the measurements to which you want it produced, you can put it in your shopping cart. When viewing your shopping cart, simply click checkout. After clicking checkout, simply follow the on-screen instructions for paying with your credit card. You find all the information you need on your credit card.
Question: Can I put several similar dress shirts on the same order?
Answer: You can add multiple products of the same design.
Question: Can I change or cancel an order?
Answer: As long as your dress shirt is not in production, you can change or cancel your order. You can see the status on your order if you go to My Account. To change or cancel your order, please email our customer support at support@shirtpal.com.
Countries and Delivery
Question: Which countries do you deliver to?
Answer: Currently, we deliver to U.S., U.K., Canada, Thailand, Singapore, and Australia. We are continuously working on new agreements to expand the list of countries that we delivery to.
Question: What is the delivery fee?
Answer: Standard delivery is free of charge.
Question: What is the delivery time?
Answer: The delivery time for Standard Delivery is 3-4 weeks. These delivery times include product manufacturing, but not order processing. You can order on weekends as well as holidays, but keep in mind that the order will only begin to be processed on the following working day.
Taxes and Duties
Question: Are there any taxes or duties for customs?
Answer: There are taxes and duties charged for our products. Please contact the local tax office to figure out the prices for your respective country.
Question: Are there any handling fees for clearing customs?
Answer: If your package should, for whichever reason, not be exempted from customs, then there is a chance that the local authorities will ask for handling fees to process the paperwork for clearing customs. For procedures on this, please check with your local customs office. The customer is always responsible for any possible taxes and duties.
