Any reproduction or distribution of the elements on this website is forbidden without the permission of SHIRTPAL.

Purchasing Agreement

We have made an effort to show our products as accurate to the actual items as possible. However, the images on our website are for visualization only, especially as the colors vary in accordance with the quality of your computer screen. The products you receive may differ slightly from the images that you see on our website. The body measurements that you provide are adjusted to the selected fit (slim, normal, or loose) during production. The shirt measurements that you provide will not be adjusted during production, so the measurements of your new shirt should be the same as your original shirt, however, we can, of course, not guarantee that the seams and the design will be identical to your original shirt. Also, generally, please allow for 1.5 cm or 0.5 inches of measurement adjustments.

We are continuously improving the quality of our fabrics. However, shirts made from the same fabric but different rolls may vary a little due to normal variations in the processes of weaving and dyeing. This is the reason why sometimes two shirts can differ slightly, especially if they were ordered at different times. If the measurements or design of your custom made product you ordered does not correspond with the order details or for reasons not mentioned above, we will offer you a new product free of charge or refund your money. As long as your dress shirt is not in production, you can change or cancel your order.

To change or cancel your order, please email our customer support at support@shirtpal.com. In accordance with international law, there is no return or exchange on customizable items.

Price Agreement

All of our prices are excluding possible taxes and duties. There is an exemption quota in most countries that allows some merchandise, depending on the value of the package, to be received free from taxes and duties. The exemption quota varies from country to country. For more information on this, please check with your local customs office. The customer is always responsible for any possible taxes and duties.

Payment Agreement

After you have designed your dress shirt and provided your measurements, you can put it in your shopping cart. When viewing your shopping cart, simply click checkout. If you do not already have an account, you will be prompted to create one. Simply follow the on-screen instructions for paying with your credit card. All the information you need is on your credit card. You can choose to pay with either Visa or MasterCard. Depending on your location, prices are quoted in your local currency. There are no additional charges issued from us when using your credit card.

The processing of your order will begin after the order value has been paid. If your payment transaction is successful, you will receive an email message with a description of the order and the personal data submitted. If you fail to receive this message, there might be a temporary network problem or a spelling mistake in the email address. In either case, you are advised to contact customer support at support@shirtpal.com.

Delivery Agreement

Standard Delivery is free. Our products generally arrive 3-4 weeks from time of order.
